MISSION
The goal of the Student Advisory Board (SAB) is to provide feedback to the Student Assistance and Support Services (SASS) and to share your experience on a broad range of issues or concerns related to the services that SASS provides. Each student brings their own unique experience, ideas, insight, and perspective to the table to help shape how SASS assists and supports the overall success of UNC Charlotte students.
What are the Student Advisory Board Expectations
- Must be an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at UNC Charlotte.
- Must be able to serve a one year term.
- Must be able to attend a once a month meeting.
- Must have at least a 2.0 GPA.
- Assist with at least one SASS outreach event a year.
How do I nominate a student?

How do I learn more about the Student Advisory Board?
The SASS team will host an in-person drop-in information session in the Fall of 2024 for students interested in applying for the 2024-2025 academic year. The date will be updated in Summer 2024.
